Keelmans Way School

Mableson Hall were appointed Keelmans Way School and South Tyneside Council, to provide post contract quantity surveying services for alterations and an extension to Keelmans Way School, Hebburn. The designer is KNJ Design and the works were undertaken by Northern Bear Building Services who completed the project on time in a working school environment.

Tech Centre, Team Valley

Mableson Hall were recently appointed by the landlord, Express Holdings (Thompson) Ltd, to project manage the refurbishment of their 46,000sqft Tech Centre on Kingsway, Team Valley, Gateshead.

The building comprises of four industrial units around a central atrium and offices and requires full refurbishment prior to it’s new tenants, Omega Plastics, taking occupation at the end of 2018.

The Honeycomb

Mableson Hall were recently appointed by the tenant, Mediaworks, to project manage the CAT B fit out and refurbishment of their new offices at the Honeycomb, part of the Watermark Gateshead.

The 10,188sqft second floor office suite includes exposed services, raised access floors and new services.

Balliol House

Working with NEBS and Sadler Brown Architects, Gerald and Jamie successfully completed the CAT A fit out of the 30,000sqft Balliol House office building. Balliol House is located on Vantage Point, Balliol Business Park. The new tenant, Mayborn Group, manufacturers of the Tommy Tippee children’s product range were delighted with their new offices

Generator Studios

Working in conjunction with AMH Workspace and Dunwoodie Architects, Jamie and Gerald completed the successful CAT B fit out of the Hedgehog Lab Studio at Generator Studios.
