The CAT A fit-out of the former Responsive Engineering facilities on Kingsway South, Team Valley have commenced with Mableson Hall appointed as Project Managers.
The 46,000 square foot building owned by landlord Express Holdings (Thompson) Limited comprises four industrial units around a central atrium and offices. The space requires a full refurbishment for future letting.
Various enabling work packages are ongoing with the main works due to commence at the beginning of October.
